Customer Service Supervisor
Responsible for supervising customer service staff and assist the Customer Service Manager in the daily logistics of Customer Service. Supervise all activities on Consumer/Retail/National and Import Customers. Work closely with Management/ Production/Scheduling and Traffic to coordinate the complete shipment of all customer orders.
Essential job functions:
Minimum Associates degree or 5+ years of Customer Service with 2+ years being Supervisor or Leader role. Have excellent data entry skills, phone expertise are a must and knowledge of Word and Excel a plus. Demonstrate confidentiality at all times. Multi tasked individual that is assertive, fair minded, understanding and sensible. Not afraid of confrontation, but not confrontational.
